Who we are.

Maurice Fermoy, 6th Baron Fermoy, has extensive connections within British society. Educated at Eton, Maurice then passed into the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and was commissioned into the Household Cavalry, the Blues and Royals. He served for seven years, retiring at the rank of Captain. Since leaving the army, Maurice has developed a number of business interests across several sectors, from start-ups to more mature operations and has a broad-reaching network of contacts from which to draw.

A first cousin to Lady Diana Spencer, Maurice attended her marriage to HRH Prince Charles, Prince of Wales in 1981 before being appointed Page of Honour to Queen Elizabeth from 1982 to 1984. Lord and Lady Fermoy attended the royal wedding of HRH Prince William to Catherine Middleton in 2011.

Chris Chen has extensive experience in the financial sector. He has founded technology investment and media firms, matching service and experience to client needs and desires. His interest in cultural exchanges and building relationships between the UK and China prompted his involvement with UK China Elite International.

Educated at Harrow and Oxford University, his networks complement those of Maurice and broaden the potential for meaningful and beneficial introductions through UK China Elite International.

David Fletcher has worked in major UK private schools for more than 30 years. Having studied English Literature at London University, he was a teacher of English Literature in both single-sex and co-educational day and boarding schools. In his capacity both as the Senior Housemaster in a leading UK boarding school, and then later as Registrar (responsible for Admissions and Recruitment of pupils), he has a keen awareness of what schools are looking for in prospective pupils (and families) and how families can best prepare themselves when setting out on their journey to find the right school for their children. David has travelled extensively, particularly to Russia, China and The Emirates. He has appeared on television and in the press in China and The Emirates promoting UK boarding schools.

David has a wide range of contacts in the educational world and, having retired from full time education, is now very actively involved in educational consultancy.
